These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bt21 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the bt21 website located at bt21.biz and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, payment processing, and customer support services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players accessing bt21 from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which bt21 services are made available. Access to and use of the bt21 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. bt21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at bt21.biz/terms-conditions, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bt21 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bt21 support at [email protected].

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

All financial transactions on bt21 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt21 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers such as bKash and Nagad may apply their own transaction charges as governed by their respective service terms. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable provider charges before initiating a transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bt21 account in real time upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance during standard banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawal requests are processed by bt21's payments team within the timeframes set out in the table below. bt21 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless an alternative has been approved by the bt21 compliance team in writing.

bt21 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal if there is a reasonable basis for suspecting fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, bt21 may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Players will be notified via the email address registered to their account if a withdrawal is placed under review.

Deposits made to bt21 are non-refundable once placed into real-money wagers. If a deposit is credited in error due to a technical fault on the platform, bt21 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit and adjust your account balance accordingly, with full notification provided to the player.

bt21 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players at its sole discretion. Bonuses may take the form of deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, or tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates stated on the applicable promotion page.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those funds.

Eligible Games: Not all games on bt21 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each bet staked toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is stated on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus Abuse: bt21 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings if there is evidence that a player is exploiting promotional mechanics, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing matched or hedged bets to manufacture low-risk wagering completion, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated on an individual promotion page, winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap, where applicable, will be clearly stated on the promotion page before the bonus is accepted.

bt21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to players in Bangladesh only where permitted by the applicable terms, and bt21 may restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, deposit frequency, or other criteria at its sole discretion.

All games available on the bt21 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing bets. bt21 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

Random Number Generation: Casino game outcomes on bt21 are determined by certified RNG systems provided by our third-party game suppliers. These systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and unpredictability. bt21 does not have the technical ability to alter individual game outcomes after a bet has been placed, and does not do so under any circumstances.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on bt21 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority — including the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures, FIFA for football events, and other governing bodies as applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result of a sporting event, bt21's decision, made in good faith based on available official sources, shall be final.

Bet Cancellation & Void Bets: bt21 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the event of: (a) an obvious pricing error that a reasonable person would identify as a mistake; (b) technical malfunction during the bet placement process; (c) the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event before the relevant market can be settled; or (d) evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or other irregular activity affecting the outcome. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a casino game or sports bet, bt21's server records of the session will be used to determine the final outcome. bt21's server records are the authoritative record of all game sessions and supersede any client-side display. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection — particularly when playing live casino games — and bt21 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your bt21 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeframes set out in Section 3. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Involuntary Suspension: bt21 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily or permanently if: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) identity verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; (d) the account is subject to an investigation by bt21's compliance or risk team; or (e) bt21 is legally required to do so by a competent authority.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to bt21 for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion via their account dashboard or by contacting bt21 support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available for fixed durations (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or as a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, bt21 will endeavour to block access to your account and suspend all promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure with your real-money balance returned to your verified payment method.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bt21 reserves the right to deduct a monthly account maintenance fee from dormant account balances after this period, as set out in the current fee schedule published at bt21.biz. bt21 will notify the player via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

The bt21 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bt21 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, bt21 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or technical defects, or that all content will be accurate and up to date at the time of access.

Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt21 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the bt21 platform; (b) losses arising from network outages, server failures, or technical disruptions outside bt21's reasonable control; (c) losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, market data, or game information displayed due to a technical error; (d) losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure; or (e) any act or omission of a third-party payment provider such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.

Force Majeure: bt21 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond bt21's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, failure of critical third-party infrastructure, or disruptions to telecommunications networks across Bangladesh or internationally.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. bt21 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of bt21 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the bt21 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bt21 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
